Being able to team up and work under coach Joe Seeman is one of great opportunities and experiences for me. I first met coach Joe Seeman at President Cup 2022, he was at the contest to support and prepare his athletes. I was very impressed by how much he cares for his team. After Canadian national 2022, I decided to work under his guidance. By far, this is one of my best offseason up to date. Besides his professional knowledge, I have learnt a lot from his work ethic and mindset, i believe this is very beneficial not only for bodybuilding athletes but also for anyone who wants to look their best. Coach Joe Seeman is not only a professional athlete and coach but also a brother to all of his clients. I am looking forward to the 2023 competing season and I believe under coach Joe Seeman’s guidance, I will definitely be at my best.

Working with Joe has made me understand my body a lot better than I ever did, he helped me achieve goals which were way beyond my expectations. Not only he’s a good coach but he’s also understands how to give constructive criticism when necessary. I don’t think I’d be able to trust anyone else as much as I trust Joe with my body.

Once I found out that Joe was not only a bodybuilding coach, but a lifestyle coach as well, I can’t say I was too hesitant to hire him. I had already heard so many great things about Joe and his coaching. I was struggling with accountability and needed an extra push to get over a plateau. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Coach Joe. Not only did he help me reach my initial goal a long time ago, but, over the last year and a half of working with him, the positive changes in the way I look and feel take me by surprise every single day. He’s worked with me through injuries, holidays, or periods of time when life just got in the way, and I strongly believe that he gives all of his clients (myself included) the attention and accommodation they need to stay on track. I’m so proud of what Joe has helped me accomplish so far – goals I had no idea were within reach! I really look forward to continuing to work with him, and will continue to highly recommend his coaching to anyone and everyone.

Since I started working with Joe, I have received nothing but support, advice, and empathy. The daily commitment it takes to make time for prepping meals, working out, and working a full-time job is challenging enough as a bodybuilder. However, having a coach as dedicated as Joe makes the process that much more worth it. Whenever I am feeling discouraged, Joe is always there to back me up and remind me of how far I’ve come. He consistently keeps in contact with each of his clients and will push you to be the very best version of yourself. Anyone would be lucky to have Joe as a coach and mentor!

Joe is a coach who truly cares about his clients and it shows in his work. Joe’s passion for bodybuilding is obviously visible in his physique but also in how he helps his clients in reaching their goals. Our focus – as coach and client has been more on adherence, which is what I personally find is the hardest part of bodybuilding: doing the hard stuff even when you don’t feel like it, or when you’re just too tired. Joe also understands that different people have different needs and adapts the plans to those needs and to their lifestyles.

I have been a client of Joe’s for 8 years now. Joe is the best coach. He is extremely knowledgeable and always learning even more to keep up with latest science and technology. I have gone through many challenges throughout the years and he is always ready to adapt and get me through it. He is attentive and listens. I know I am getting a plan that is best for me. I know he cares. He is always quick to respond to questions, texts and check-ins. I hear many other bodybuilders complaining about their coaches(slow to respond, cookie-cutter plans, not listening etc). I have none of these issues. I highly recommend Joe.
